What's in the package?

The complete package includes: 3D-printed dart ring, 3 pre-assembled camera arms, 3 USB cameras, a powerful LED strip, a USB hub, and all necessary mounting materials. The camera arm set includes: 3 camera arms, 3 USB cameras, a USB hub, and mounting materials (without LED ring).

Will it work with my dartboard?

Autodarts is compatible with almost all round dartboards with a diameter of approximately 45cm. The camera arm set is specifically compatible with the Target Corona Vision and Winmau Plasma LED rings.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Installation takes about 30 minutes: drill 3 small holes, attach arms, connect USB, and download the free app. No technician needed.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The Autodarts.io app is completely free. You pay a one-time fee for the hardware system.

Does it also work with USB-C?

The USB hub has a USB-A output. Do you only have USB-C? Then you will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter yourself (not included).

Mini PC and Touchscreen

Do I need a monitor with the mini PC?

Yes, the mini PC needs a separate monitor. We offer a compact 15.6-inch touchscreen that fits perfectly next to your dartboard. You can also use your own monitor via HDMI or USB-C.

Can I connect the system via a tablet?

The system is designed for use with a computer or laptop (Windows, Mac, or Linux). A tablet is not officially supported. With some Android tablets, it is theoretically possible via a USB OTG adapter, but this has not been tested and we cannot guarantee it. The system does not work on an iPad.

What is the difference between the individual products and the bundle?

The individual mini PC (€149) and the touchscreen (€119) can be ordered separately if you already have one. The bundle (€249) contains both products together and is more economical than purchasing them separately.

Does the mini PC work directly with Autodarts?

Yes. The mini PC comes with Windows pre-installed. You just need to download the free Autodarts.io app and connect to the scoring system via USB.

Can I pick up the mini PC or touchscreen?

Yes, these products can also be picked up by appointment. Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl to schedule a time.

Delivery and order

How long does delivery take?

Approximately 14 working days after ordering. Each system is custom-made for you and 3D printed to order — there is no standard stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Send a message to info@dartscoreshop.nl as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick-up is possible by appointment. Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl to schedule an appointment — do not just show up.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return after receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Can I return it if I have already applied the LED strip?

No. Once the LED strip has been applied, we consider the product to be used and in operation. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible in that case. In doubt? Please contact info@dartscoreshop.nl before starting installation.

What if something breaks during delivery?

Shipping & Delivery

We print all products to order. The average delivery time is 14 business days. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer.

Certainly! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email to follow your package.

Pay

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact (Belgium), Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer.

Returns & Warranty

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl with your order number. You will then receive the return address and instructions. After receipt and inspection, you will get your money back.

Please email us photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours. We will immediately look for a suitable solution.
