Terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Dartscoreshop.nl: the website and trade name of the company that applies these terms and conditions.
Customer: the natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with dartscoreshop.nl.
Agreement: any agreement between Dartscoreshop and the customer regarding the delivery of products or services.
Products/Services: all articles or services offered on the website www.dartscoreshop.nl.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Dartscoreshop.nl and to every distance agreement concluded between Dartscoreshop.nl and the customer.
Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 – The offer
Dartscoreshop.nl makes an offer via the website, which is always without obligation.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Dartscoreshop.nl.
Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement comes into effect at the moment the customer places an order and Dartscoreshop.nl confirms it.
Dartscoreshop.nl may refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 5 – Prices and payment
All prices are in euros, include VAT, and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.
Dartscoreshop.nl is entitled to change prices, but price changes do not affect agreements already concluded.
Article 6 – Delivery
Dartscoreshop.nl makes all products to order. This means that the delivery time may be longer than for standard deliveries.
Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of exceeding them.
Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Please note: if the LED strip has been adhered, you can no longer return your order.
The cost of returns is borne by the customer.
Article 8 – Complaints and warranty
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery via info@dartscoreshop.nl. If the product shows a defect covered by the warranty, Dartscoreshop.nl will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.
Article 9 – Liability
Dartscoreshop.nl is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
It is not permitted to copy or publish material from the site without written permission.
Article 11 – Applicable law
Dutch law exclusively applies to these general terms and conditions.
