Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • Products that have been used, custom-cut, or mounted are not eligible for return.

How does it work?

  1. Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. After approval, you will receive the return address and further instructions via email.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging.
  4. After receipt and inspection, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl with your order number. You will then receive the return address and instructions. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.

Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will immediately look for a suitable solution.
