Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Send an email to info@dartscoreshop.nl with your order number. You will then receive the return address and instructions. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.

Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will immediately look for a suitable solution.
